The strange nature of hope, hope after the 'dry' season and the safety of the sanctuary

The strange nature of hope

It is better not to have to have; have to hope to have tried it already. Quite thin words? The anticipation of a good time is strangely better as it approaches than when it is actually enjoyed. It's not that we don't enjoy it, we experience different joys from it.

The best thing about hope is that it is not only assured by the realization of our dreams; it is very available at any time if our minds and realities agree.

Hope is acquired with a mental jolt: when we change our thoughts, thinking with hope, there it is. Surely our realities must align in a real and felt sense of hope.

But we can turn relatively desperate situations to our advantage, especially if we realize that better times are ahead.

However, we need short-term hope. A life with short-term chronic hopelessness is enough to induce depression, even if there is a medium to long-term ธรรมชาติสุดแปลก.

Find hope right now; something to look forward to, no matter how small. Prospects will improve immediately.

Perspectives are brightened or dimmed by the vision we see.

What are we allowing our minds to see?

Hope beyond the 'dry' season

After a fairly comfortable season in which grace showed us a favor that we rarely experience, we are surprised that we are pushed into a season deprived of certain things that we begin to take for granted. This 'dry' season deceives our hope. Our patience is being tested to grow. And we will grow we will. Job did. We can too.

Pieces of the puzzle

Oddly enough

They are not here to muzzle it,

Or belittle our dreams.

Those pieces play their part

Yeah strange to guess

Creating another beginning

Transforming these evils.

Wait for the seasons to change

Be patient and let the anger cease,

If only we allowed God to fix

Then eventually peace.

The safety of the sanctuary

Jesus is a sanctuary, did you know?

He came to save us, yes, but not only that. He came to save us from our current fears, taking us far beyond them.

Jesus wants us to go to him, the Sanctuary, and rest a little, before we are ready to take another assault on life. We come when and how many times we want.

Sanctuary is a place of unimaginable comfort and comfort.

We all need it when we do it. It is a place in our hearts where - with Scripture, loneliness and sanity - we are going to be transformed, renewed, revitalized.
